Return/Exchange Policy

 

Due to hygienic reasons we do not issue returns. We do however want you completely satisfied and will accept exchanges for unworn/soiled items within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise returned after 30 days will not be accepted. In the unlikely event that the merchandise is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error, we will replace it at no charge. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returned merchandise and exchanges, so please select your sizing carefully when shopping. Shipping costs may vary.

Please allow 30 days for us to process your request upon receipt.

Swimsuits that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered or smell like perfume or other odors can not be taken back. Any customer doing excessive returns will be taken off our customer list and no further orders will be accepted. Any swimwear that has been washed or put in water cannot be exchanged or returned.

Please avoid washing your swimsuit but if you absolutely must, follow the instructions on the Beleza care label very carefully. Do not let your swimsuit sit in the sunlight as sunlight fades the dye of fabrics. We will not process any returns or exchanges that have been exposed to sunlight, or chlorine and other pool chemicals.
